What we collect
When you search, we record the location terms you enter and general usage data. When you send an appointment request, we collect the name, contact details and reason for visit you provide. Practices provide business details about their office and team.
How we use it
Search data helps us show relevant offices and improve results. Appointment request details are passed to the dental office you chose so it can contact you. We use aggregate usage data to understand which cities and services need better coverage.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your appointment details with any office other than the one you selected, and we do not use health information you volunteer for advertising.
Your rights
In Canada (PIPEDA and provincial equivalents) and in US states with privacy statutes, you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@dentli.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention and security
Appointment requests are retained for two years so disputes can be resolved, then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it.
