- When exactly am I charged?
- After the appointment happens. A request that cancels, no-shows or never gets confirmed is never billed.
- Is there a monthly minimum?
- No. You set a monthly target for new patients and can lower it or pause entirely at any time.
- What if a patient turns out not to be a fit?
- Flag the visit in your dashboard within seven days and our team reviews it. Mismatched patients are not billed.
- Do I pay for returning patients?
- No. Only the first visit of a new patient matched through Dentli is billable. Everything after that is your relationship.
