Listing accuracy
Listing details are supplied by the practices themselves or compiled from public sources. Hours, services, insurance and availability change. Confirm anything important with the office before you travel or book treatment.
Appointment requests
Sending a request through Dentli is not a confirmed appointment. The office confirms directly with you. Dentli is not responsible for care provided, fees charged, or appointments missed or cancelled by either party.
Reviews
Reviews must come from a genuine patient experience. We remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or posted in exchange for payment. Practices may respond publicly but cannot have honest reviews removed.
Practice listings
Practices must hold a current licence in their province or state and keep their listing accurate. We may suspend a listing that is misleading, unlicensed, or the subject of repeated substantiated complaints.
Limitation of liability
Dentli is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the directory or from care received at a listed office.
