Why it matters
Cosmetic work is elective, so the dentist's eye and case photography matter as much as the price. Always review before-and-after cases.
What to expect
A consultation with photos and sometimes a digital mock-up, then one or more appointments for preparation and placement.
Typical cost
Porcelain veneers run roughly $900–$2,500 per tooth; composite bonding $300–$800 per tooth.
Frequently asked questions
- Are veneers permanent?
- Porcelain veneers usually last 10–15 years and require removing a thin layer of enamel, so the treatment is not reversible. Ask about no-prep options first.

- Chipped, worn, stained or uneven teeth, or gaps you would like closed.
